Cancellation policy-cancellation must be received at least 4 hours prior to pick up time. If no cancellation notice is received or it is received in less than 4 hours, the full transfer rate will be charged.
Airport Transfers– Due to airport restrictions, our drivers cannot wait in front of the airport curbside pickup locations and may have to circle or park in remote area until customer is ready to be picked up. We offer 60 minutes grace period for international flights and 45 minutes for domestic. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond capacity.
Waiting time– Waiting time starts 10 minutes past scheduled pick up time. Waiting time rate of $ 1 per minute will apply after grace period. Late arrival must be reported at least 2 hours prior to scheduled pick up time.
Agreement and Liability– The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Credit card– a valid credit card is required to hold a reservation. Credit card will be charged on the day of the service. If, for any reason, the guaranteeing credit card is not able to be charged, customer agrees to pay for the cost of the service within ten days from reservation date.
